Loren Tolman in Los Angeles

I was in the wonderful city of Los Angeles in earlier this year and had the opportunity to work with some brilliant people in some amazing locations.  One of my favourite shoots was this one with the talented actor and performer Loren Tolman.  The brief was to produce a variety of portfolio shots portraying Loren's diverse looks, we had an absolute blast.  The light in LA is simply beautiful and a joy to work with, as are the outdoor swimming pools (bit of a dream come true, as those of you who followed my unsuccessful search for a pool in the UK earlier in the year will note!)....

darren in the daffodils

well, they're not daffodils, actually they're rapeseed flowers, but i liked the alliteration... photographers the country round were leaping onto farmers' land as the flowers bloomed - Darren is lots of fun to work with, he gamely played along as I persuaded him to pose in this gorgeous field.  Well worth it I think!
